Haver & Boecker's
Tyrethane Screen Media
H
aver & Boecker offers Tyrethane, its Tyler
brand of engineered media. Available in
both side-tensioned and modular panels, the
signature blend of polyurethane is poured
open cast, resulting in 1.5 to 2 times longer
wear life than injection-molded products.
Haver & Boecker manufactures a variety of
Tyrethane screen media options, including
Ty-Max, Ty-Wire and Ty-Deck, to suit
different operations' applications, taking
into consideration top sizes and opening
requirements. The screen media offers as
much as nine times the wear life of woven

cloth. The side-tensioned option eliminates the
need for a deck conversion when switching
from woven wire to polyurethane screen media.

Superior Industries' Patriot® Cone Crusher

 Available in 200-500 horsepower
models, the Patriot® Cone Crusher
features Vantage® Automation, a
program designed in-house that
monitors and controls crusher
parameters. The automation package
also includes an auto-wear feature,
which automatically compensates
for liner wear in order to maintain
consistent machine settings.
 The Patriot Cone Crusher's counter-shaft
spins in a counterclockwise rotation.
This causes the crusher to open if
clamping pressure is lost, reducing
risk of failure.

 The unit's tramp relief system has fewer
accumulators to minimize maintenance
and opportunity for failure. If an
accumulator does fail, an internal relief
valve provides instant relief.
 Backed by the industry's first two-year
standard warranty, the Patriot Cone
Crusher also includes one-year wear
parts protection.
